    I am very happy with this PC. It seems to be running as we had hoped, and parts seem to be genuine. Packaging (2 very sturdy cardboard boxes & a few foam blocks) was a little concerning, but the PC made it here without damage, like new. A shipping delay and an inventory problem was disappointing, but PC-BUY was prompt and clear with their communication and gave us a discount to adjust for comparable parts. I definitely recommend this seller for their good communication and great value.

    Great service: answered my question promptly, tested computer (and included a “tested by” sticker with the test/build date and name on it an awesome!), well packaged with sturdy recycled box (eco-conscious - nice!), item was exactly as described.     After purchasing this item, which came at described, I ran into a problem. Reached out too the seller she they shared since info for be to try. When that didn't work they sent me a return label with no issues and refunded my money you returning the items. Great customer service!
