They said they would after some time and eventually sent me a listing to the lot of trays. The packaging they came in was superb, they made sure every tray was individually protected. All came as described and the lot price was exceptional. They were communicative and shipped quickly.Lot of 7 EMC 3TB 7.2K 3.5" SAS Server Tray Caddy 100-563-998-01 303-158-000B OEM (N° 187286306520)

It was well packaged, arrived in a bubble mailer wrapped in more bubble wrap, placed nicely in a box. The shipping was a reasonable time frame, this was not the seller's fault: the USPS took it on a small trip. Considering it needs parts to function. the value for the unit is excellent. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase, I would gladly work with this seller again.

When I had an issue with the battery, the seller responded quickly, explained clearly, and even issued a full refund without requiring a return. Very professional and caring — highly recommended!
