These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made through our eBay store and define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of our products.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS
The purchase of any product through our eBay store implies unconditional acceptance of these GTC. The customer acknowledges having read them before finalizing their order.
2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Our products are described as accurately as possible on their sheets. However, minor variations may exist. Offers are valid while stocks last. In the event of unavailability after placing an order, the customer will be informed and may cancel the order with a full refund.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT if applicable.
Shipping costs are indicated before the order is validated.
Payments are secure and made via the methods offered by eBay (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
4. DELIVERY
We ship orders within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment.
Delivery times vary depending on the selected mode of transport.
We are not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or customs services.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal without justification.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging.
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
6. GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Our products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects. In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer must contact us with supporting photos within 14 days after receipt.
7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The information collected during the purchase is used only for processing orders and is not shared with third parties, except legal obligation.
8. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us in order to find an amicable solution. In the absence of an agreement, the competent courts will be those of the customer s place of residence or the seller s head office according to the applicable regulations.
9. CHANGES TO THE GTC
We reserve the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force at the time of the order.

Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente (CGV) régissent les ventes effectuées via notre boutique eBay et définissent les droits et obligations des parties dans le cadre de la vente de nos produits.
1. ACCEPTATION DES CONDITIONS
L’achat de tout produit via notre boutique eBay implique l’acceptation sans réserve des présentes CGV. Le client reconnaît en avoir pris connaissance avant de finaliser sa commande.
2. PRODUITS ET DISPONIBILITÉ
Nos produits sont décrits avec le plus de précision possible sur leurs fiches. Toutefois, des variations mineures peuvent exister. Les offres sont valables dans la limite des stocks disponibles. En cas d’indisponibilité après passation de commande, le client sera informé et pourra annuler la commande avec remboursement intégral.
3. PRIX ET PAIEMENT
Les prix sont affichés en euros (€) et incluent la TVA si applicable.
Les frais de livraison sont indiqués avant la validation de la commande.
Les paiements sont sécurisés et effectués via les moyens proposés par eBay (PayPal, carte bancaire, etc.).
4. LIVRAISON
Nous expédions les commandes sous 3-5 jours ouvrés après réception du paiement.
Les délais de livraison varient selon le mode de transport sélectionné.
Nous ne sommes pas responsables des retards imputables au transporteur ou aux services douaniers.
5. DROIT DE RÉTRACTATION
Conformément à la législation en vigueur, le client dispose de 14 jours à compter de la réception du produit pour exercer son droit de rétractation sans justification.
Le produit doit être retourné en parfait état, dans son emballage d origine.
Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client.
Un remboursement sera effectué sous 14 jours après réception et vérification du produit retourné.
6. GARANTIES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
Nos produits bénéficient des garanties légales de conformité et des vices cachés. En cas de produit défectueux ou non conforme, le client doit nous contacter avec photos justificatives sous 14 jours après réception.
7. PROTECTION DES DONNÉES PERSONNELLES
Les informations collectées lors de l’achat sont utilisées uniquement pour le traitement des commandes et ne sont pas partagées avec des tiers, sauf obligation légale.
8. RÉCLAMATIONS ET LITIGES
En cas de litige, nous vous invitons à nous contacter afin de trouver une solution amiable. À défaut d’accord, les tribunaux compétents seront ceux du lieu de résidence du client ou du siège du vendeur selon la réglementation applicable.
9. MODIFICATIONS DES CGV
Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier ces CGV à tout moment. Les CGV applicables sont celles en vigueur au moment de la commande.

Diese Allgemeinen Verkaufsbedingungen (AGB) regeln Verkäufe über unseren eBay-Shop und definieren die Rechte und Pflichten der Parteien im Rahmen des Verkaufs unserer Produkte.
1. ANNAHME DER BEDINGUNGEN
Der Kauf eines Produkts über unseren eBay-Shop setzt die vorbehaltlose Annahme dieser AGB voraus. Der Kunde bestätigt, diese vor Abschluss seiner Bestellung gelesen zu haben.
2. PRODUKTE UND VERFÜGBARKEIT
Unsere Produkte werden auf den Produktblättern so genau wie möglich beschrieben. Es können jedoch geringfügige Abweichungen auftreten. Angebote gültig solange der Vorrat reicht. Im Falle einer Nichtverfügbarkeit nach der Bestellung wird der Kunde informiert und kann die Bestellung gegen volle Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises stornieren.
3. PREIS UND ZAHLUNG
Die Preise werden in Euro (€) angezeigt und enthalten ggf. die Mehrwertsteuer.
Die Versandkosten werden vor der Bestätigung der Bestellung angegeben.
Die Zahlung erfolgt sicher und über die von eBay angebotenen Methoden (PayPal, Kreditkarte etc.).
4. LIEFERUNG
Wir versenden Bestellungen innerhalb von 3-5 Werktagen nach Zahlungseingang.
Die Lieferzeiten variieren je nach gewählter Transportart.
Wir sind nicht für Verzögerungen verantwortlich, die durch den Spediteur oder Zolldienst verursacht werden.
5. WIDERRUFSRECHT
Gemäß der geltenden Gesetzgebung hat der Kunde ab Erhalt des Produkts 14 Tage Zeit, sein Widerrufsrecht ohne Angabe von Gründen auszuüben.
Das Produkt muss in einwandfreiem Zustand und in der Originalverpackung zurückgegeben werden.
Die Kosten der Rücksendung gehen zu Lasten des Kunden.
Eine Rückerstattung erfolgt innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt und Überprüfung des zurückgesendeten Produkts.
6. GARANTIEN UND HAFTUNG
Für unsere Produkte gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungen hinsichtlich Konformität und versteckter Mängel. Im Falle eines defekten oder nicht konformen Produkts muss der Kunde uns innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt mit unterstützenden Fotos kontaktieren.
7. SCHUTZ PERSÖNLICHER DATEN
Die beim Kauf erfassten Daten werden ausschließlich zur Auftragsabwicklung verwendet und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben, es sei denn, wir sind gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet.
8. ANSPRÜCHE UND STREITIGKEITEN
Im Streitfall laden wir Sie ein, Kontakt mit uns aufzunehmen, um eine gütliche Lösung zu finden. Mangels entsprechender Vereinbarung ist als Gerichtsstand der Wohnsitz des Kunden bzw. der Sitz des Verkäufers entsprechend den anwendbaren Bestimmungen vereinbart.
9. ÄNDERUNGEN DER AGB
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, diese AGB jederzeit zu ändern. Es gelten die AGB in der zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung aktuellen Fassung.
