    Everything arrived as described, the packaging was really professional. I needed something stronger for my screwdriver bits, but this didn't work for me. I contacted the company and they were extremely kind and professional. They gave me a full refund immediately after contacting them.     Good quality part came in like new condition seller got it to me next day and was very informative of information related to hvac part was priced well and was identical to the OEM part that was replaced.I actually went to purchase another part a few days after but it was sold so if you see what you need purchase it prices are better then most sellers and items seem to move quickly.
