    Everything is as described. Good price for what you get. Charger, and SD included. Used, very good condition camcorder from Japan works flawlessly! Note for buyers in North America to check their email/messages as FedEx required me to spend more on import fees, however it wasn't too bad. Packaged professionally, and shipping was good, took about 6 days. Communication with seller was swift and to the point, very kind and caring paying attention to the little details.

    The camera arrived in great condition! It looks almost brand new. There was a slight issue with the stock not matching the listing, but the seller offered a replacement that had an extra lens and didn't upcharge me for it! Everything was packaged securely with bubble wrap and it arrived only slightly behind schedule despite the stock issue. The seller was helpful, everything arrived undamaged, and I would buy from them again.

    Although it came from Japan directly, it got to my house in Texas way sooner than expected. The item I bought was "used" but when I looked into it it looked like it was almost new. It was all neatly organized and each individual itme was wrapped carefully and I could tell there was care and effort out into packaging everything. I would buy from them again, and to anyone is conserned if they should trust this seller, you definitely should.
