The shipping was fast, and everything is as described; it was essentially plug and play right out the box. I did have a slight issue though, the graphics card wasn't hooked into the motherboard; but after 30 seconds of "work" unscrewing the glass off the case I noticed the issue immediately and just slotted it in. I would absolutely buy from this company again 😎

If you are looking for a reliable high-value refurb PC , these folks do not dissapoint. Down side, not receiving keyboard and mouse as listed in the ad; messaged with seller a few times to initiate shipping of these two missing items versus $10 refund. The system does work well at this point, set it up after receiving the two items, being the important item for me. That being said, I would be reticent to order from seller in the future as, to me, this seller came across as disorganized.

I said I preferred what was listed (new or unused), at which point the seller issued an immediate refund. I’m giving positive feedback because the seller was quick to respond, and rectified the situation by refund. Ultimately, I ordered from a different seller whose description was “new”, not “open box”.
