Customer service and communication about missing bobber was excellent and seller made it right. Great seller and I would definitely buy from again!

They were shipped in a container with no cushion between the fragile glass. One was broken in transit. I would suggest, because glass ornaments are so fragile, they should each be wrapped INDIVIDUALLY. Other than that, the others arrived.
