I'm using the hard drive as an extra hard I've for games so if it crashes I wouldn't take it seriously. The condition was great. The value for the money was amazing I've extended my puny 500 fb to 2tb. The appearance was great. Came wrapped in that gray antistatic plastic and it was well protected. Note to everyone, any time you get one of these it will never be a true 2tb is always a couple gigs off wether you buy new or used. Hope this helps anyone out there.

I also had no heatsinks.. Damaged could have been from shipping but I can't see how based on how it was packaged. Missing heatsinks 100% on the seller. I reached out to them and they instantly sent me a new board and ensured it would have heatsinks. New board arrived very quickly. Quality was awesome, Appearance Awesome and the value was reasonable.
