I have ordered things from EBAY for years and this is the first time the UPS emailed me that my package was delivered with a photo of a porch that was not mine. Eventhough I had the tracking number, they would not help me. I contacted this seller and he immediately sent a replacement. Thank you so much.

The thin plastic bag that the tube was in was squashed flat, luckily the tube was only slightly creased up. I would suggest finding some other way to ship this product.
