During setup, I encountered a problem with the screen so I reached out to Australian Computer Traders and the service was amazing. Problem was resolved quickly, professionally and without incident. I highly recommend these guys, I'm sure what happened to me was a rare event, but they stand by their product and after sales service was outstanding. Had a very minor issue with the device, and they were very quick to get involved and resolve the issue. Better service than I've received as most retailers! Item was in excellent condition, as described with barely any marks or internal dust. Packed well, and delivered safely.

The laptop (Lenovo X270) is as describe, with only some cosmetic signs of ware/marks (mostly on edges and bottom). The order was processed & sent quickly, the delivery arrived within the stated dates. The service was great because upon arrival I discovered one two system batteries had failed, contacting the seller was great, fast responses to messages and they were happy to make an acceptable compromise for me.
