Once I attempted to dropship a part to a customer and made a mistake. I was able to contact their support line and rectify the situation quickly - but, I had just ordered the part and within 30 minutes they had boxed it and generated a label. Notified seller, they were apologetic, and they promptly refunded the purchase price, no quibbles. I will order again I can when the need arises.

The problem is the printer was dead on arrival. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a shipping label to return it. The broken unit is likely not the seller's fault, so I give them five stars for their professionalism and quickly providing a return shipping label. They said they will refund my money once they receive it back. Zero starts for the broken unit.
