This must have come at a financial loss to him as I am on the other side of the Atlantic. If it is any consolation, I am EXTREMELY grateful for his honesty, excellent customer service and communication. As an aside the items were exactly as described!

It was also missing parts. When asking he told me that it broke when packaging for shipping. Even though he didn't told me and shipped it.
