The packaging could have used a little work.. lol it was busting at so many seams but it was protected inside the legal envelope it was shipped in… so really, no complaints!       Item arrived with good packaging with the defects it was described with. Though there was some glue residue in the front pocket but I believe that might just be associated with the certain design of backpack because I ordered a brand new one from a different website and it also came with a bit of glue in the front pocket so maybe that's just how it's manufactured but I personally do not like that so I had it returned. But the seller was really considerate and I'd recommend purchasing from them.
