I have ordered things from EBAY for years and this is the first time the UPS emailed me that my package was delivered with a photo of a porch that was not mine. Eventhough I had the tracking number, they would not help me. I contacted this seller and he immediately sent a replacement. Thank you so much.

I have sent them at least six emails (with photos of incorrect product sent) with no resolution and them basically re-asking what the issue is. They have been totally unresponsive and seem to be wanting to make me just give up - which I won’t as next step will be to escalate to eBay customer service. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
