They sent me a pair of shorts that were basically crammed into a small plastic shipper. While cutting the package open at the very edge, I nicked the shorts and created a cut on the hem. My first communication was explaining what I just said and I received an auto response back about how they don’t do refunds. I sent another email explaining the situation again, and I received an email saying they use standard packaging. We do not refund since the damage wasn’t caused by us. Thank you.
