It took 22 days for the shipment to arrive to my country in LATAM which is a bit over the median but its not the sellers fault. I would buy from them again.

Not only that they sent a few extra, which is just killer customer service. I didn’t even have to throw a fit. Thanks guys ! Will do business again .

I bought it based on the confirmation received but I still got the wrong part (needed 24, got 30). However, seller was super responsive pre and post sale and issued an immediate refund. I have purchased from 365 Cycles before and would not hesitate to do so again. Taking off a star due to the mixed up description (which still exists).
