The item still works so no harm no foul. The shipping speed and delivery was quick, and I think the price was fair enough but maybe a bit high. Overall I had a good experience with communication and item quality but packaging problem needs work.

The price was right even as beaten up as the pictures showed the Chromebook to be but it arrived in much, much better shape than described looking better than the photos. It was well packed and shipped very quickly. I am delighted with this Pixel Slate and very pleased with the seller. Highly recommended. 6 out of 5 stars.
