On this occasion due to an error in the vinyl code, I received a different item instead of the one I purchased. Thanks to the seller's quick response, which refunded my money, and because this seller has always been excellent, my feedback it's positive. The feedback is still excellent because they answered promptly and I received a full refund and could keep the item. I bought many items from them and never had issues. It is indeed a huge company and I am quiet sure the problem was due to a single employee that managed the packing cunningly. I will keep buying from them with no worries.
