The buyer did not respond to the offer of an upgrade, received the upgraded item, and then requested the original item to be posted AS WELL. We responded immediately to assist with any issues, and sent the 2nd glasses to the buyer to make sure she is happy. If buyer didn't want the new model, I would have immediately cancelled the order and refunded.
