The hinge is sturdy and holds itself in either the open or closed position without having to exert additional pressure. The phone features a numeric keypad, a five-way control pad, and six function keys labeled with icons identifying their use.     Very carefully packed and in great condition, as described, and worth every cent. Two cleanings and then the print quality was perfect. It took 4 extra days to get here - transferred 9 times between pickup and delivery (that's on FedEx, out of the seller's control) but worth the wait. Within 10 minutes, it was up and running - even included new cartridges, one of which I needed right away. Very pleased with the purchase. I cannot imagine a better vendor . . .
