This seller used Mattel photos in the listing but what arrived was a cheap imitation of the QE II doll. To make it worse, it was sent in a padded envelope so the box arrived crushed. When I asked to return the item, the seller was good to deal with by replying quickly & offering a partial refund, which I accepted because sending it back would have cost too much.

In fact he didn't sent nothing, just registered track number in DHL. When after 3 weeks I asked where is my order, he repeatedly lied he sent it and it is in transit; and refused my request to show proofs he really forwarded my order to DHL. Don't deal with him, you only waste your time.
