The only reply was a refund and a brief “sorry for the inconvenience.” Disappointing experience with no communication or accountability.

Opened package and PC turned on as Windows 11, Sent reply to Slash Tech asking for help 20 minutes after it arrived. Plus sent 2 more emails over 3 days. No reply from them at all. It looks like a great computer just not the one I ordered. Went on Ebay and hit contact seller button but when trying to connect that way it will not let you send a message.
