The boots appeared the same as picture but were not anywhere fitting me as expected. Fair enough they wrote returns accepted. Though after the US Post office delayed it, maybe due to our fires here in LA, no return replies whatsoever from this vendor. Disappointed in the customer service. seems like they don't care.
