When I received my package, the hat I ordered wasn’t in it, someone else’s hat was! I message the seller right away to report that I had gotten the wrong item and she immediately sprung into action! She put the originally purchased hat in the mail right away, even before I could get mine to the post office! Really, really top tier service and I highly recommend this seller!
