Iron was listed as used once. Sadly it must have been used all day from condition. Unfortunately something inside the iron rattles. I did contact seller with info I am stating here. No response. It does heat up and irons. So I guess I got what I paid for. I wish I would have spent the $7. more and gotten a new one from Target.Rowenta Performance Iron DW2350 1725W Steam Iron ( USED ONE TIME (N° 186494529644)
