Although well packed, it appeared that the shipper (USPS) played kickball with it. I ordered this one, because the first one arrived broken as well…also USPS. Shipper refunded promptly and took care of filing a claim with post office. Having received my refund, I am now ordering a third punchbowl. Funny thing. . . when tracking this, I saw it had arrived in Jacksonville but then it went to Puerto Rico! What a nice vacation it had! Wish it had taken me with it, but package arrived here today packed so very well. Great price and was refunded on the combined shipping. Thanks!!!!
