These speakers are WOOD, they needed to be packed & shipped well with care. I purchased them because they are a well preserved piece of history circa 1975 that are American made. They were exactly as described. Great value for the price and shipping. I couldn’t get over how well they were packed. It took me at over minutes to open up the big box, then the 2 boxes and then take each speaker out. Thank you.
