However, there was a small discrepancy between the description and the actual fountain pen. My question to the seller was answered very quickly. I said I was quite happy to sent it back for one that matched the description and wait for it, but beadqueen80 immediately made a full refund of the purchase to make things right as quickly as possible. This is a GREAT seller with a REAL concern for buyers who ACTS on doing what's right.
