He shipped out the day after I purchased the item and it was delivered very soon after that (I received it later b/c spring break). It was in the condition disclosed on the outside of the jacket. When I reached out for help because there was a flaw he oversaw inside the jacket, he owned up to the mistake and issued a refund immediately.
