Once delivery date estimate window had passed and it still had not been shipped, I reported the item is not received. The seller then called by phone and claimed that he had sent the package, but that UPS had lost it, which I seriously doubt. Seller offered to send out a new item if I cancelled the “did not receive” status. After seeing others had similar issues, I chose a refund instead.

Then they also checked by Vin# as well. I requested the part be packed very well due to poor shipping methods. Part arrived fairly well packed except tip which was damaged and cracked. Replaced that with the one off of the original vehicle transfer case so all was good.
