Contacted seller, and seller admitted mistake was on their part. Asked if we could simply do a 50% partial refund so I may keep the 1/2 they sent. Seller suggested I accept what I received for that price because I “still got a good bargain.” After tense discussion, seller apologized and said they would refund me half, but never submitted the partial refund. Extremely stressful transaction. I contacted eBay (AI sent policy) I issued free shipping label for return. You cancelled return: "want to keep item, get 50% or eBay full refund".
