The product was well described on the page and as described when arrived, excellent quality, all the part were there. What was absolutely amazing is that I ordered the item on Thursday and it was delivered on Monday! Herman Miller estimated delivery was 6 weeks later!! The chair came in excellent condition. Also, I couldn’t figure out how to use one of the controls once the chair was assembled, I messaged and got a reply right away first thing in the am.

Shipping materials could have been better, one of the wheels of the chair was poking through the cardboard box and had some scuffs. However, I was able to remove those and there was no damage so it was not a huge problem. I am grateful to be able to purchase this item at a fraction of the cost of buying it new, it's better for my budget and the environment. Overall very happy and would recommend this seller. Thank you!
