The shipping was faster than I thought and it arrived on the exact day they said. I did some a couple of issues (prob caused by the shipper handling the box roughly) but the tech support folks responded to my emails the same day and we were able to resolve the problems. If you are looking for a reliable high-value refurb PC , these folks do not dissapoint. Clearly the item had been pulled from an in service unit. I communicated this to the seller, who offered a 50% discount. I said I preferred what was listed (new or unused), at which point the seller issued an immediate refund. I’m giving positive feedback because the seller was quick to respond, and rectified the situation by refund. Ultimately, I ordered from a different seller whose description was “new”, not “open box”.

Seller reached out to let me know when the item had shipped and it came extremely quickly, also with its own packaging and inside of a box to prevent any possible scuffs. Great seller and I'm very happy with the earbuds!
