The item may have been damaged in shipping process however, there was little to no padding inside the box causing the wires of the speaker to rip out and the plastic to crack. I contacted the seller immediately after receiving the item on January 13 to notify them of this. It was not until January 31 I received a reply to take pictures of the box to submit as a claim to the carrier.
