SciFier-Books should reduce their quoted delivery times as they normally arrive earlier. This book was one of three that arrived from them today, 25th May, when they suggested 27th May to 3rd June. These extended postage times have put me off ordering from them in the past, which is a shame, as their service is very good.

The book I ordered this time, was once again, packaged safely and securely, for delivery as always. It was dispatched and arrived safely within 3 days. I will definitely continue to purchase from them in the future.

However, until a manager got involved communication was insulting and belittling all down to conflicts in details about working days, dispatch time, when they get their item in stock to sell etc. I merely contacted them to advise it hadn't arrived when I thought it would to be faced with a very negative response including offering me to cancel. I do not doubt they are an excellent ebayer, only the 1st person needs training better. Thank you.
