As all toys it had it's day just before Christmas. I message and explained the situation and they not only got it sent out the same day for me , but wrapped the box so my son would think it was from grandpa who is now passed away and my son does not understand that yet, as my son kept saying Papa ( Grandpa ) will fix it Mommy.
