The rug is even nicer than photographed and she wrapped it so professionally, going as far as to send it 'on the roll' (more costly to post ) and not folded. This extra care meant that it arrived with no creases whatsoever and is already laying completely flat and creaseless, only five minutes after opening the package, and with no trace of odour ! This purchase has to be at the top of my list of perfect transactions from the last ten years. 5***** Plus
