    Seller promptly let me know they couldn't find the exact DVDs in the listing I bought, offered substitutes and refunded when I declined. A while later, they even sent another message when they had found the original DVDs so I would know they were available again. I had bought them elsewhere by then, but I have to put in a good word for this seller's service.
