Shipping was fast and packaging was safe from shipping damage. Very happy with seller and purchase

Bought the item on July 8th and it arrived 2-1/2 weeks later. I opened a case up through eBay because my purchase hadn’t arrived and then the seller contacted me telling me if I closed the case they would refund me. I closed the case and messaged the seller. They haven’t refunded or responded.
