    The original Flexi lead was received by Evri but then 'vanished' in their distribution centre. The Seller went above and beyond and when he got confirmation it had been 'lost' sent out a replacement by Royal Mail and received within 2 days. He kept me informed of what action he was talking every step of the way and courteously too. So good to see good customer service still exists.
