I appealed to the Seller and she refused to acknowledge the inadequate packaging (presumably to save money on “Free Shipping”) or accept the return. Had to appeal to EBay which resolved in my favor. The fabric IS NOT stiff or STIFF COLLAR but she changed the reason 3x so BEWARE.I truly have seen it ALL now!!Working in a RETAIL STORE for more than 30+ years my box BIGGER!
