I purchased pumice firebrick, which are very fragile. They were carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and tightly packed in a heavy cardboard box. They arrived in perfect condition. Awesome seller.

Unbelievable customer service, got new part and sent me a picture to confirm it was what I needed. Overnighted via FedX along with return label to return wrong part . No additional charges!
