I never had an item damaged before so it took it back to the Post Office. The supervisor there took it and said he would record it as being damaged in shipment by the Post Office. He told me in order for me to receive a refund the seller would have to file a claim on USPS.com with the tracking number. I made 6 trips to the Post Office over this!
