And ‘never opened’ is false as how could pictures be taken? However I am happy after replacing the band and adding a swatch guard. I was smart to purchase a replacement band from this seller. He was very nice about making sure I got a first tier quality product. The second one was like new, and he resolved the issue as quickly as was possible. He is thorough and responsive to communications.
