The keyboard was duty and no amount of cleaning could get the yellow brown substance like powder to go. The charger was dirty and the laptop looked like sand paper was used to scrub it. The appearance was not good. I didn't return it for three reasons; I was already packed to travel and it was meant to go with me, the packaging was okay, the laptop was working well when I booted it.
