They replied yes Shirt I received had no ruffles on shleves-just plain button on sleeves like on one of my dress shirts.The cravet was just la lenth of cloth like a bow-tie-no ruffles as pictured in ebay listing. Not happy with my experience with this seller. Seller was very attentive to my ebay messages until I told him I would like to retrun the item-he then almost disappeared. been on ebay for 23 years-my worst excustom order invoice for shirt and cravet (N° 187226282158)
