During setup, I encountered a problem with the screen so I reached out to Australian Computer Traders and the service was amazing. Problem was resolved quickly, professionally and without incident. I highly recommend these guys, I'm sure what happened to me was a rare event, but they stand by their product and after sales service was outstanding. The service was great because upon arrival I discovered one two system batteries had failed, contacting the seller was great, fast responses to messages and they were happy to make an acceptable compromise for me.
