When I bought a modem last week they sent me another. This seller paid for shipping & gave me a full refund. I would definitely buy from this seller in the future. Actually this case didn't fit my needs & I gave it to a friend. For used, it was in pretty good condition. Never opened the 2nd one.

It was cheap for the quality of it. Communication was awesome and shipping was quick and easy. Overall, I'd buy from this seller again.

The shipping was faster than I thought and it arrived on the exact day they said. I did some a couple of issues (prob caused by the shipper handling the box roughly) but the tech support folks responded to my emails the same day and we were able to resolve the problems. If you are looking for a reliable high-value refurb PC , these folks do not dissapoint. Clearly the item had been pulled from an in service unit. I communicated this to the seller, who offered a 50% discount. I said I preferred what was listed (new or unused), at which point the seller issued an immediate refund. I’m giving positive feedback because the seller was quick to respond, and rectified the situation by refund. Ultimately, I ordered from a different seller whose description was “new”, not “open box”.

Down side, not receiving keyboard and mouse as listed in the ad; messaged with seller a few times to initiate shipping of these two missing items versus $10 refund. The system does work well at this point, set it up after receiving the two items, being the important item for me. That being said, I would be reticent to order from seller in the future as, to me, this seller came across as disorganized.
