As soon as I messaged the seller about it, they answered me back within a few hours. They apologized and told me I could keep the phone AND THEY WOULD CREDIT MY ACCOUNT ! Every time I messaged them, they answered within a day or less which was about 5 times. They offered to do anything to help me I WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I changed this comment on my own. I received item within time. They have responded to my messages within hours. This is why I feel terrible that I put up a bad review. I WOULD definitely do business with them again ! Sorry guys.
