The system has a few cosmetic marks but nothing actually impacting the laptop, I got a B grade after all, and everything works perfectly. And on the plus side there isn't any bloatware on this, they didn't install anything that you wouldn't get from a clean install of windows. Would happily reccomend

During setup, I encountered a problem with the screen so I reached out to Australian Computer Traders and the service was amazing. Problem was resolved quickly, professionally and without incident. I highly recommend these guys, I'm sure what happened to me was a rare event, but they stand by their product and after sales service was outstanding. The laptop (Lenovo X270) is as describe, with only some cosmetic signs of ware/marks (mostly on edges and bottom). The order was processed & sent quickly, the delivery arrived within the stated dates. The service was great because upon arrival I discovered one two system batteries had failed, contacting the seller was great, fast responses to messages and they were happy to make an acceptable compromise for me.
